Orders
Our first priority is to ensure your complete experience with our website is highly enjoyable.
This means that when preparing your order for delivery, we are committed to making sure all products are packaged with the utmost care and integrity.
Upon receipt, please check that everything specified on the packing list is correct. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem with your order. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.
Complimentary Gift Wrap
NuboNau is happy to offer complimentary Gift Wrapping for your purchases.
The NuboNau Gift Wrapping service is available at the Checkout.
Depending upon the amount of products ordered, we may wrap your products in a pretty, reusable Organza Bag or within a NuboNau Gift Box.
You may request a Complimentary NuboNau Gift Box at no additional charge.
If you would like to add and include a personal written note on a card, you will have an opportunity to do so during the Checkout Process.
Stock Availability
The wording 'WAIT LIST' apears when our inventory is temporarily out of stock. The stock inventory on our website is updated every day. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you may click on the product to be notified automatically by us via email when the item is available. We will inform you immediately regarding the status of your order and advise you should any items order be currently unavailable. Once out of stock items become available, they will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Prices as listed on our website are inly valid whilst the merchandise is in stock. Should you be charged for an item in error when stock is not available we will issue a full refund. Items should then be re-ordered once merchandise becomes available.
We do our best to ensure that descriptions and prices on our website are correct, however - we reserve the right to reject orders if the description or price listed on our website are found to be incorrect.
Taxes and Duty
NuboNau collect taxes on all orders delivered within the state of California. Sales tax will not be collected on orders where the delivery address is outside California. However, we do recommend that for out of state deliveries you consult the proper agency regarding any
potential sales tax, import duty or tax, use tax and liability tax imposed by the state / Country you are located as payment of all taxes due are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Competitions, Prizes and Gifts awarded by NuboNau - All federal, state and/or local income and any other taxes including duty and cutoms charges, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility in all instances.
Gift Cards & Certificates
NuboNau Gift Cards and gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payments
Payment may be made by any of the following methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, NuboNau Gift Card.
- Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. By placing your order you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.
- Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to NuboNau, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
Shipping & Handling
We are happy to offer Complimentary Standard Ground Shipping on all U.S. purchases (within the 48 states) over $95 (excluding taxes) For shipments totaling less than $95 & shipments to Hawaii / Alaska, there is a delivery charge. In usual circumstances, orders received between Monday and Friday before 1:00pm PST are processed by the end of the next Business Day.

Shipments are generally delivered on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to residences, and usually by the close of business for commercial addresses (where listed).
Purchases can only be made with Credit cards registered within the 50 States and Canada. Items may be shipped Internationally - please contact us for a delivery cost quotation.
FREE SHIPPING PROMO CODES - these cannot be used for C9 Loyalty point only orders - there must be a purchased item or dollar value in your basket - Free shipping codes CAN be applied to mixed orders - eg purchased items combined with points purchased items.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes as a signature is required for delivery. Please contact us for special delivery details if you wish us to deliver to a PO box.
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS 3 Day.
Orders over $95 for delivery within the USA are eligible for Free delivery within the USA. Orders for Canada over $150 will be eligible for Free shipping.
Please note that all import taxes and / or Duty are the responsibility of the customer and will not be met by NuboNau.

We do our utmost to ensure the dispatch of your order is the same day it is received. In usual circumstances, orders received between Monday and Friday are processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Return Policy & Free Sampling / Patch Test Services
NuboNau is a young, family owned and managed business. We are a small - but very passionate - team and we do our very best to deliver great service, added value, beautiful delivery and a thoughtful portfolio of quality products from which to choose.
To ensure you are entirely happy with your product choices and are able to make the right buying decision - we offer generous samples with every order and also have a bespoke sampling service (available both in-store and online) So if you would like to try a particular product before you buy it - or see a particular color - please email us or call to arrange a sample.
- Up to 4 Bespoke samples free of charge - We simply request $3.00 postage and handling. Please contact us via telephone or email with your selection.
- Up to 5 Bespoke samples free of charge included with your order - please email/ telephone us once you receive your order confirmation number and let us know what you would like to try.
We have a sample for virtually every line in our entire collection - but we are limited in terms of certain fragrances and oil based products. Strange Invisible Fragrance samples are available at a small, additional charge. Make up samples ( other than foundation) are usually offered on a smudge card for color representation only.
We care passionately that the products you order from us are received by you in pristine condition, with the knowledge that they have been constantly maintained and stored appropriately to preserve the quality and integrity of their ingredients. Therefore, due to the sensitive nature of our products, NuboNau is unable to offer product returns or exchanges.
However, we do encourage you to contact us should you have a particular concern. We very much welcome your feedback to improve our services and we may be able to offer an alternative product with samples - or arrange a complimentary skin consultation with one of our licensed Aestheticians.
- In the event of a damaged/incorrect order please contact customercare@nubonau.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we will issue a returns authorization code.
- If you do not advise us within the 3 day notification period - we have no obligation to accept the return or replacement of damaged items
- Goods will not be accepted for return without an accompanying returns authorization code issued by us in advance of the return.
- Items returned to us without a valid return number will not be accepted as a valid return - and the cost of returning the products to the sender will not be borne by NuboNau.
- Refunds of any original shipping charges and/or the cost of return shipping will only be met by us if the return is due to an error on our part.

- When authorised goods are returned and the original purchase included a complimetary gift or added bonus item - if the complimetary / gift item(s) are not returned with the purchased products - we reserve the right to deduct the retail cost value of the complimetary tem(s) which are not returned.
Please consider our sampling Service / Color Swatch service where you can try up to four samples free of charge. We simply require a nominal fee of $3.00 to cover postage cost ( Canada $5.00). Alternatively you can request up to 5 complimentary samples free of charge with your order.

All information provided and product descriptions are intended as a guide to products and their use. We do our utmost to accurately display the colors of products; however please bear in mind the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. Smudge cards and samples are available - please ask for details.
We cannot legally endorse a product or ingredient for a particular end use. We have thouroughly researched all the brands we offer, in the hope that we offer products which have eliminated the most common allergens, fragrances and colors. However, some of us are more sensitive than others and we recommend you conduct a patch test with a sample pror to purchasing.
We recommend all skincare products are stored at room temperature and protected from light whenever possible to maintain integrity, longevity and performance.
We list all individual product ingredients on our website beside each product - (see the ingredient tab) and are very happy to help with any questions or concerns via telephone, in our Boutique or via email.

Although natural ingredients may be tolerated by most, some people may still find they are sensitive. It is important to note that it is possible to be allergic to natural ingredients. These terms of service in combination with our Privacy Policy represent a legally binding agreement between the user and NuboNau.
Should an item you are returning for any reason include a Gift with Purchase and / Deluxe Sample Set - this should also be included in your return. We reserve the right to deduct the retail value for said items from the refund amount if they are not returned.
This agreement shall replace all prior oral and/or written communication between the user and NuboNau. If a conflict is to occur between a previous, present or future agreement and the above terms of service, the terms of service will have precedence, unless clearly noted in the prior agreement.
Sale NOIR and SALE
The 'Sale NOIR' is our Annual Black Friday Sale and features products which we are discontinued from our portfolio. The products featured in the 'Sale NOIR' may still be widely available or may be discontinued by the Brand / Manufacturer. All items sold in the Sale NOIR are in perfect condition ( if not otherwise stated clearly beside the particular product) Items purchased in the 'Sale NOIR' are non-returnable - All sales are final.
The discounts may be shown directly on the website or may be accessed via an exclusive code made available via email or on selected partner websites. To receive the special discount of up to 50% off ( or as otherwise listed on the website) the regular price shown - you may need to add the items to your basket and then apply the special discount / promo code supplied in a special email notice sent to registered customers / C9 Club Members in advance of the Sale NOIR. We may offer special Advance Previews to the Sale NOIR or SALE via selected Blogger / Media partners.
If a code is not required you will automatically see the reduced price when your item is placed in your basket - and the old price will appear crossed through with the reduced price alongside.
All Sale NOIR items which are available in our online Boutique are also available in-store - plus additional Sale NOIR products and Special Purchases exclusive to the In-store Boutique. When 'WAIT LIST' is shown against aproduct on Sale NOIR - this indicates that we have sold out of that particular item and it will no longer be available.
Other speacil SALE events may include items which are not discontinued - and the sale price may be available only for a limited time as specified. Previous retail selling prices will be listed alongside SALE prices. All iems purchased in SALE and SALE NOIR are final and non returnable.
PAI Free Shipping offer - Limited time
For a limited time all PAI items ( with the exception of the muslin cloth and lip balm) ship free ( USA only - ground shipping) when the code PAI is used at checkout. By adding a PAI item to the basket the free ground shipping option will appear and can be selected for the complete order.
While stocks last and Free shipping offer cannot be combined with other offers.
Competitions and Contests
All competitions and Contests on NuboNau.com ( including the respective NuboNau Facebook and Twitter pages ) are only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and are only open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the date of application.
By entering any competition presented by NuboNau entrants accept and agree to be bound by Official Rules as provided on this website and agree to NuboNau's general Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of any prize constitutes agreement to our General Terms and Conditions. Any violation of contest rules may, at the discretion of NuboNau, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges ( NuboNau Inc ) regarding any and all Competitions and Contests are final and binding in all respects
The Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program ( "promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and is only open to people who are at least 18 years of age at the date of application.
By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all NuboNau's general Terms and Conditions . Any violation of these rules may, at the discretion of NuboNau, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges ( NuboNau Inc ) regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. Each promotional period is three months in duration and begins from the date of notification of winners.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Ambassadors Program (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry to the Promotion - except officers, directors, and employees of NuboNau Inc, and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER. Visit www.nubonau.com and complete and submit a product review. All review information becomes the property of NuboNau Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of NuboNau.Inc
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winners will be selected by NuboNau.Inc based upon the quality of the Product Review(s) submitted. Any potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner: (1) cannot be contacted; (2) does not respond within seven (7) days from the date NuboNau Inc first tries to notify him/her; (3) fails to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Rules as specified (4) refuses the prize; and/or (5) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be ten (10) winners. The prize is a varied product / product selection of NuboNau Inc choosing, which will be mailed to the winners each month for three months. Subsequent product selections will be mailed on a monthly basis for a total of up to three months on the provision that a product review has been submitted for the previous products mailed and received. Should a review not be posted for the products received - the winner will forfeit the subsequent monthly prizes.
6. TAXES. All federal, state and/or local income and any other taxes including duty and cutoms charges, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.
7. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRY. The Ambassadors Program ( "Promotion") is free to enter. No purchase is necessary. A genuine knowledge and experience of the products reviewed is required. All product reviews submitted must be the entrants own personal, honest and unbiased opinion.

Any information you provide to us will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Subject to our Privacy Policy, by providing us with any such information you hereby grant NuboNau Inc an irrevocable non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, assign, translate, transfer, sub-license, create derivative works from, distribute and display the information in any form, media or technology and whether alone or as part of other works. You also agree that your information may be used and any ideas, concepts or know-how contained therein, for any purpose. Furthermore, if you send us any such information you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise are entitled to any and all rights to the information and that your information does not contain commercial solicitation, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings or 'spam'.
