I was a bit hesitant to try this lip gloss, since the color seemed quite dark! I tend to shy away from anything other than pinks and nudes, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this gloss.

The color ends up being very sheer and isn't much darker than my natural lip color; it adds a nice layer of shine. Also, it smells heavenly, especially since the ingredients are natural!

I will definitely be recommending this gloss to my friends who use gluten free makeup products.

I did only give it 4 stars because the swatch is a bit streaky. But on the lips it will even out if you add enough. (Posted on 4/13/12)

This gloss is all you could ask for in a gloss! It's moisturizing, has a great color, tastes delicious (lip stuff inevitably ends up in your mouth) but it's not sticky. It might feel a bit thick if you're not used to lip gloss (like me) but because it's not at all tacky, it doesn't bother me. Don't let the color scare you, I'm very fair skinned and it works perfectly on me! (Posted on 4/13/12)

I consider myself more of lipstick person, but this lipgloss has me changing my mind. It's moisturizing, has the most amazing scent and taste, and what a fantastic color. It's a lovely purple berry that looks good for everyday wear as well as nighttime. It's not sticky and goes on smooth. I'm hooked. Can't wait to get more colors when they come out. This isn't the first natural/organic lip product with naturally-derived colors & such I've ever used, but it has been the first product I've ever used that's been all that & more...it's very moisturizing, and has a deep purple tint, on me it is visibly makes my lips look sheerly plum-ish in color, not crazy looking but would be perfect for an elegant special occasion when you'd opt for that slightly darker lip look. It's considerably sheer, I think this would be perfectly paired over a similar toned lipstick. I think IN should consider some more colors for variety. (Posted on 3/25/12)

Wow, this tastes SOOOO good!!! It doesn't last all day, but it is such a pleasure to reapply. The color is gorgeous; dark berry color, but you can apply a thin layer with a bit of color, or apply more and build it up to intensify the purple hue. I normally wear light colored peach/pink lip glosses, so I was kind of scared before I tried this because I thought it would be too dark, but it actually looks very nice; gives me a very cool vampy look. :) I am a lip balm addict, but I haven't been applying lip balm when using this as it is super moisturizing by itself. It's so hard to find a truly clean, good lip gloss with great taste nowadays, but Intelligent Nutrients really delivered! I hope it comes out in more shades in the future!!! (Posted on 2/23/12)

I've tried quite a few lip glosses in my day, and trying to find one with natural ingredients has been tough. This one blows them all out of the water - natural or not! It's a thicker texture and seems to hug the lips in moisture. The purple is more of a neutral with purply tones, its not outright purple. It gives my lips a little color and is SUPER moisturizing. I've been using this instead of lip balm because its so moisturizing! I hope they come out with more colors! (Posted on 1/24/12)
