I have been in search of an effective, natural sunscreen for years, and I may have finally found it in Vive Sana! I use sunscreen daily, so it must be a multitasker for me. This one gets high marks by hydrating while not being greasy, absorbing easily while giving good coverage, providing an effective level of UV protection while not leaving a white cast, acting as a smooth primer under foundation, plus treating my skin to clean ingredients.Rating
You must be a bit patient during your application since it's pretty thick, but a little goes a very long way. It's a great balance for my combination skin, so drier skin may require a moisturizer underneath. Overall, this has been an incredible find for a picky product girl! I love this sunscreen!Rating
Sometimes, I just wear it by itself on my face, and I know that I am safe from UV rays & from chemicals. It is thick and creamy, but it spreads out evenly over the skin. Another plus about this sunscreen is that it is fragrance-free which is great considering unclean sunscreens are usually pumped full of fragrances.
I actually feel prettier when I am wearing it, and that is saying something for a sunscreen! (Posted on 8/18/11)
