With a number of plant and flower essences (rose damascena and vanilla being dominant), the scent of Nude's Hydrating Water is absolutely lovely and makes it a joy to use. The mist provides light hydration and leaves your skin refreshed. I've been keeping it in my desk drawer because I love misting it on throughout my workday! It works well for my combination and sensitive skin, but I'm not sure how it would perform for dry skin types. I also like the ingredient list and the fact that it doesn't contain phenoxyethanol like their Clarifying Water. I wouldn't call this an essential product, but I'm certainly enjoying it. The rose & vanilla in this product are not overwhelming what-so-ever, so it’s perfect for people who dislike overpowering fragrances in their skin products. I’ve heard people have used this product not only underneath their makeup, but also misted over makeup when in need of an extra boost of hydration or for a dewy finished look. Only down-side is I’d be a bit weary to try if you have sensitive skin, as I’ve tried this product on my mom who has sensitive skin, and she claimed to have a burning feeling which lasted until the next day, however this possibly may be due to the fact her skin didn’t take well to misting this product over makeup, and this product is meant to be misted onto clean skin and then wiped gently with a cotton pad after. For that reason, I give it 4 out of 5 stars since people with sensitive skins can't really use this product. (Posted on 2/9/12)

I would buy this just for the smell alone. It smells heavenly; perfect balance between roses and vanilla, but not overpowering in any way. I usually stay away from scented products because I am very sensitive to fragrance, even if it's only with essential oils, but this one is just perfect.

I spray a good amount right after I've cleansed my face at night, and not only does it give me a boost of moisture to your skin, but also the smell calms me down and relaxes me after a long, tiring day. Also, I often encounter spray bottles that shoots out chunks of liquid, but this one sprays in very fine mist.

It's the perfect size to carry around in your purse, so if anyone needs a boost of hydration during the day (especially those who use mineral foundation, which can dry out the skin over time), spray this on top of your makeup and it will give you a dewy finish. This is a very pleasant product, and I highly recommend it. (Posted on 1/19/12)
