I am a Beauty Ambassador and I received John Masters Organic spf 30 sunscreen to try. I have to say that this is the best sunscreen that I have ever tried. I always had a problem wearing too many products on my face and trying to figure out which one to put on first. This sunscreen is so moisturizing that I wear it alone. My dry skin loves this. Good sunscreen is non-negotiable for me, and my list of requirements is strict, so I'm thrilled to find one that covers the bases. The ingredients are quality and clean, it absorbs almost instantly, has a broad spectrum SPF 30, wears smooth under my liquid foundation, and doubles as a moisturizer for my combination skin. I've only been wearing it for the past month, so I can't comment on the protection factor in prolonged heat and sunlight. I would give this product 4.5 stars if that were possible, because it has just two attributes that keep it from true 5-star status: 1) it has that "sunscreen smell" that isn't the most pleasant, although it does fade very quickly; and 2) it leaves my face a little shiny as the day wears on, but nothing a blotting paper won't handle. I've been using this sunscreen for a long time. I love it. It sinks in and I wear it over my usual skin products when I'm going to be out in the sun. I feel that unlike most sunscreens, this actually has ingredients that are good for your skin. (Posted on 12/8/11)Rating
