- A Simply register online at www.nubonau.com.
- Q Is there a charge to join the C9 Club
- A No, membership is completely free and there are no requirements other than completing the registration form online.
- Q How many points do I earn?
- A You will earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on products online at www.nubonau.com and in-store at our Boutiques ( Simply advise an Associate that your a C9 member at the time of your purchase)
- Q On which Products can I earn points ?
- A All products purchased are eligible for earning points - with the exception of taxes, shipping costs and gift certificates
- Q On which Products can I redeem points?
- A You can redeem points on every product available on our website - with the exception of taxes, shipping costs and gift certificates
- Q What is the redemption value of my points?
- A 1 point is redeemable at a value of 1 cent - so 100 C9 Points are worth $1.00 of purchasing power!
- Q How are points added to my account?
- A Every time you complete a purchase online at nubonau.com we will automatically register your points in your C9 Club account.
- Q How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?
- A Points will usually appear within 48 hours of the completion of your purchase.
- Q How long are my points valid?
- A Your points will not expire, they remain in your account until you choose to spend them.
- Q What products are eligible for redemption with my points?
- A Every product featured on our website is redeemable for points, only gift certificates, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
- Q Can I give or transfer my points to another account?
- A Your account and points are for your own exclusive use and therefore points cannot be transferred.
- Q How do I know how many points I need to buy a product?
- A All redemption values for products are shown beside each product on the website.
- Q How do I redeem my points?
- A First, log into your account at nubonau.com and then choose your product. Simply Check the box asking if you would like to 'Buy with Points' on each product's page you would like to redeem.
- Q Can I use my points to send a gift?
- A Yes, simply choose our beautiful gift wrap and hand written note service at no additional charge at the checkout.
- Q How does my account 'remain active'?
- A Your C9 account must be used at least once in a consecutive 12 month period to remain active.
- Q Can I earn C9 points in your actual Boutiques as well as online ?
- A You can now collect points for purchases made in our Boutiques, as well as on-line. Simply advise the sales associate you wish to have your points added to your C9 account before purchasing your items. The points gained with qualifying purchases will be automatically added to your C9 Account within three business days. Points cannot be awarded retrospectively - they must be requested at the actual time of your purchase and you must register your C9 Club application first.
- Q Can I spend my C9 points in the actual Boutiques?
- A We do not yet have a suitable system in place to offer this facility, but we are working hard to be able to offer this option as soon as we can. In-store collected points are identical to those collected in our online Boutique, and can be used in the same way, by redeeming them online.
